It is either you are picking up your order or having it delivered. Whichever works best for you is doable. With pick-up orders, we require a 50% upfront deposit to secure the order and pick-up date. The rest Payment can be sorted during the pickup.
With delivery, we expect the buyer to pay for the order fully including the delivery Fee, and to provide a delivery address and their best scheduled arrival time. Also, indicate to us if you have unloading ability or not.
We receive payments through Bank transfers to Cahier, Payoneer, Wise, money transfer, and App transfer (e.g. Cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.). We are quite flexible when it comes to payments. After paying for an order, always email us with a payment receipt so your order can be processed immediately.

Delivery:
Some of the farms we work with have delivery capacity. They can load and deliver your hay to any address of your choice. In cases where the farm cannot deliver, we have arrangements with several trucking companies that can handle the delivery.

Rates:
Pacific: $3.35 per Mile
West: $4.2 per Mile
MidWest:$4 per Mile
South West: $3.80 Per Mile
South East: $3.20 per Mile
North East: $3 Per Mile
This price per mile applies to a full load and may be cheaper for smaller quantities. Because we have Farmed in every region, the total mileage per trip will hardly surpass 350 Miles. Using this guide, buyers can easily make an estimate before placing an order with us.
