American Hay Farms is a platform that brings Hay farmers and Hay buyers together with the aim of guaranteeing top quality hay at moderate prices while ensuring safe business practices. American Hay Farms is a new concept by Johan G. Knelsen which is at its first implimentation stage. Johan G. Knelsen owns Hay K Farms LLC in Denver City, Texas and has been in the Hay Business for a decade. Last year alone, we received Hay orders 4 times higher than our current capacity. This motivated us to persue our expansion policy but also brought to our notice the wide gap existing in the Hay market. Due to hay scarcity caused by 2022 drout, fraudsters have taken advantage of the situation pretending to sell hay they don't have and ripping farmers off their hard earned monies. Some Hay farmers even ship poor quality Hay accross the country putting hay users in a tough position.
To protect farmers we decided to come up with a solution which allow farmers order Hay safely across long and short distance and are sure of delivery and quality. This is not just a platform any farmer can register on. When a farmer applies to sell on our platform, we visit their farm , check capacity, quality and delivery abilities. We link buyers to sellers and still maintain middle man role. This means we are confident of our partners because we do our due deligence before accepting to work with them and take full responsible for the outcome of all dealings.
We have inspected, registered and partnered with farms in 6 goepolitical regoins of the US. Current partnerships allow us to deliver Hay to any part of the US and parts of Canada. We over see purchase orders as welll as pick up and delivery of Hay to buyers.
